Book 3 cover

I have two designs for the cover for the upcoming third book in the cryptozoology and craft beer series. I have been undecided on which to use. Both have their own pros and cons. I did post both on my Instagram page, emailed them to some friends, showed my coworkers, and uploaded in a writer's group on Facebook asking for feedback. The results were also mixed. One is more colorful and one is darker. It seems the darker has had a higher vote total, but there are a large number of people who like the colorful one.

I was thinking back to the days when I collected comics and wondered why not an alternative cover? If the sample size is 75% prefer the darker, why not publish the majority with that cover, but then have a smaller run for the colorful one? That way both groups get the cover they want. What do you think?
